The American Hockey League and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers have released the official schedule for the upcoming 2014-2015 season. The Sound Tigers open the season with two home games against the St. John's IceCaps on Saturday, October 11 at 7pm and Sunday, October 12 at 3pm.
Bridgeport, Conn. (August 22, 2014) The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that forwards Peter Sivak, Michael Pereira and Adam Phillips, along with defensemen Mark Nemec and Keith Seabrook and goaltender Philippe Trudeau have agreed to one-year, two-way (AHL/ECHL) contracts.
The New York Islanders announced today that Kevin Poulin has agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract. Poulin, 24, appeared in 28 games last season with the Islanders and posted an 11-16-1 record, along with a .891 save percentage and a 3.29 goals-against-average.
