The New York Islanders, parent club of the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, have announced they will host their first-ever New York Islanders Fantasy Camp sponsored by Warrior Hockey this summer. The camp will take place at the Islanders official practice facility, Northwell Health Ice Center, from July 13-16, 2017.

The camp will give participants the opportunity to spend a weekend playing hockey with their favorite Islanders alumni. The camp will include a fantasy draft party (participants will pick their teams), four round-robin tournament style games, off-ice chalk talk sessions and a golf outing with the alumni, which includes a cocktail hour and a post camp banquet. Players will also receive full equipment, including a customized Islanders jersey, courtesy of Warrior Hockey.

Participants will have the chance to live out their dream of being a member of the Islanders, alongside alumni including Hockey Hall of Fame members Billy Smith, Clark Gillies, current Islanders Head Coach, Doug Weight, President and General Manager, Garth Snow and other fan favorites like Ken Morrow, Pierre Turgeon, Bob Bourne, Shawn Bates, Steve Webb, Eric Cairns, Mark Parrish, Arron Asham and many more. Sound Tigers head coach Brent Thompson and assistant coaches Eric Boguniecki and Matt Carkner will also be among the Islanders alumni.

The camp is open to all hockey-playing adults 21 and older. People interested in signing up to attend the first annual Islanders Fantasy Camp can sign up HERE.
