BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (February 17, 2012) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced they have loaned forward Tony Romano to the Chicago Express of the ECHL.

Romano, 24, has recorded seven goals and four assists in 37 games with the Sound Tigers this season. The Smithtown, NY native has totaled 15 goals and 17 assists in 125 career games in Bridgeport. The 5'10", 177-pound forward has also appeared in 46 games in the ECHL during his pro career, amassing 15 goals and 21 assists between Utah and Toledo.
