FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15th - SPRINGFIELD 3, SOUND TIGERS 2
WATCH HIGHLIGHTS

The Sound Tigers battled back from being down 3-0 against the Springfield Falcons Friday night, but couldn’t put home the game-tying goal, losing by a score of 3-2. Dallas Jackson and Anders Lee had goals for the Sound Tigers in the third period, who fall to 4-7-1-1 on the season. Blake Parlett had two goals for the Falcons while Jack Skille added one of his own. Anders Nilsson made 23 saves in the game for the Sound Tigers. After a scoreless first period, Springfield got two goals in the second and one early in the third before a Jackson and Pedan scored less than two minutes apart. The Sound Tigers had a 6-on-4 opportunity late but were unable to capitalize.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16th – Hartford 4, Sound Tigers 1
WATCH HIGHLIGHTS

The Bridgeport Sound Tigers lost to the Hartford Wolf Pack Saturday night by a score of 4-1. Mike Keenan scored his first career American Hockey League goal, but it was the only time the Sound Tigers beat Wolf Pack goaltender Scott Stajcer, who made 27 saves on 28 Sound Tigers shots. Kyle Jean's goal for the Wolf Pack came less than a minute into the game, and Hartford picked up another from Andrew Yogan later in the first. Another early second-period goal from Danny Kristo made it 3-0, though Keenan's goal cut the lead to two. The Sound Tigers were unable to generate another goal as Hartford scored once more late in the third to make it a 4-1 contest.

The next Sound Tigers promotional night is scheduled for Saturday, December 7th against Hershey. The Sound Tigers will honor all the men and women who serve our country both domestically and abroad. Additionally, the team will also be holding its annual Teddy Bear Toss. Fans are encouraged to bring their own teddy bears to the game. When the Sound Tigers score their first goal, fans will throw their teddy bears on to the ice to celebrate. The teddy bears will be collected and donated to various hospitals around the area for children undergoing care during the holidays.

NEXT HOME GAME

The Sound Tigers will welcome the St. John's IceCaps to Webster Bank Arena for the first time this season this Sunday. St. John's is currently 7-7-1-2, but will play two games against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins before their matchup against the Sound Tigers. The IceCaps roster features former Sound Tiger Blair Riley, who has three points (one goal, two assists) in 14 games this season. Last season, the Sound Tigers did not play the IceCaps last season, but went 2-1-0-1 against them in 2011-12.
