The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that they have recalled Ben Rosen from the Stockton Thunder (ECHL). Additionally, forward Adam Brace has been loaned to Stockton.
Rosen, 25, is in his first full professional season after a four-year career at Boston University. He was signed to an amateur tryout contract upon the completion of his senior season in 2012-13 and played one game for the Sound Tigers. This season, he has skated in 49 games with the Thunder with 15 points (six goals, nine assists).
Brace, 25, was acquired in February by the Sound Tigers from the San Antonio Rampage in exchange for defenseman Mike Dalhuisen. He appeared in two games for the Sound Tigers and picked up two points (one goal, one assist). He scored his first goal as a Sound Tiger in last Sunday’s game against the Portland Pirates. In 10 games with the Thunder this season, Brace has 10 points (five goals, three assists).
