Seating for the New York Islanders versus New York Rangers preseason game at Webster Bank Arena is extremely limited, but fans interested in the NHL action this Friday can still follow the game through an online radio broadcast

Mixlr.com, home to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers Radio Network, will stream the game live beginning at 7:15 p.m. with Sound Tigers broadcaster Alan Fuehring and Islanders television voice for MSG Networks Brendan Burke on the call. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.

The game will mark the first-ever meeting between the NHL rivals in Bridgeport, Conn. It will also be the Islanders' fourth exhibition game during the 2017 preseason and second against the Rangers. The two teams met on Monday at Madison Square Garden.

Mixlr.com and the Mixlr app, which is completely mobile friendly, will continue to air broadcasts of the Islanders' American Hockey League affiliate throughout the 2017-18 season. The online station will host each of the Sound Tigers' 76 regular-season games, beginning with the season opener on Saturday, Oct. 7.

Friday's game will also be televised on MSG.
