Matt Bertani

Assistant Coach

 

Matt Bertani was hired by the Sound Tigers on July 28, 2008. His duties include all of the team's video analysis of opponents and assisting in practice plans.

Bertani served as an assistant coach at Penn State University since 2005, and was the Director of Recruiting while monitoring the team’s player development.

Before his years at “Happy Valley,” Bertani served as an assistant coach with the Johnstown Chiefs of the ECHL.

Bertani, a native of Pittsburgh, PA and graduate from Mercyhurst College will turn 33 on March 27th.
