Family outings and PTA/PTO Fundraisers

The majority of school outings are organized through the PTA/PTO to be held as a fundraiser or family night. 80% of our games are held on Friday/Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. What a great way for families to spend time together and show school spirit!

High School Journalist Program

Students interested in sports journalism have a unique opportunity to cover a Sound Tigers game(s). Students are selected by submitting a written sample on why he or she should serve as the “beat reporters” covering Sound Tiger home games. The selected student journalist will sit in the press box, interview players and/or coaches and write their version of the game. These articles have a chance to be posted on our web site, and will be distributed to local media outlets to be published.

Sound Tigers Scholarship

The Sound Tigers will create a high school business project around a Sound Tigers game. We will collaborate with ways to market and sell hockey entertainment. A portion of the monies from the project will be awarded to a student(s) as a scholarship.

High School Hockey

The Sound Tigers can provide the arena as a venue for high school hockey teams prior to a Sound Tigers game. The athletes will have the thrill of playing in a professional arena in front of family and friends.
