On March 1st, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers will honor Brent McCreesh, a survivor of a rare form of pediatric cancer, Neuroblastoma. Brent, who has been cancer free for three years this coming June, will take part in a ceremonial puck drop when the Sound Tigers face-off against the Binghamton Senators.

Over the past three years, the support has been over-whelming for the McCreesh family so they so they created "TeamBrent." The idea for the organization is to raise awareness and fight childhood cancer through the St. Baldrick's Foundation and the PanMass Challenge. To date, "TeamBrent" has raised over $1.3 million all going towards the foundation.

All friends of the Bridgeport Sound Tigers are encouraged to attend the game on March 1st when Brent drops the ceremonial puck. "TeamBrent" will attend the game and have a table located on the concourse for any hoping to join or donate to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
